A Private Membership Association (“PMA”) is men and woman collectively asserting and standing upon their rights to determine what devices, products, procedures, or services will be used by them to maintain the health of their own body, mind or spirit.

A PMA is like a private family (PMA creator = the head of the family; PMA members = family members). Just like in a close family, what is communicated or happens inside a family’s private home, among only family members are private matters generally[2] immune from and not subject to censorship/control by any administrative agency of any government.

PMAs have an established history and maintain a significant and unique standing in law; they are generally immune from most, if not all, state and federal Public Laws.

Private membership associations stem from the right of association, which isn’t explicitly listed, but is implied in the first amendment of the Constitution by the line “…or the right of the people peaceably to assemble…” and this right is protected by the 14th amendment in the line “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;” There are a few supreme court cases that have protected this outright. In Thomas v. Collins 323 U.S. there are a few statements that provide private membership associations solid ground to exist; specifically being:

Great secular causes, with small ones, are guarded. The grievances for redress of which the right of petition was insured, and, with it, the right of assembly, are not solely religious or political ones. And the rights of free speech and a free press are not confined to any field of human interest.

Many medicines have gone in front of the FDA to either be denied when the need was most or to be approved without sufficient study done on them. So in order to sell our products to anyone, they must be a member of our PMA with no exceptions.

To become a Member of our Private Membership Association, we ask you read and complete our Membership Agreement.  Once you have become a Member, it will allow our practitioners, therapists and staff to offer you more comprehensive options and the ability to purchase nutritional supplements, if needed.

A Private Membership Association (PMA) is any kind of business or group where services and participation are limited to members only — and not open to the general public.

A Private Membership Association establishes its own guidelines of operation that are agreed upon by all joining members. Because of the government-run education and healthcare system, this change is necessary to protect our freedom of choice. Specifically, it protects our right to continue to provide educational alternative healthcare, and your right to receive our services without restriction. Unfortunately, many progressive associations like ours have experienced an increasing amount of government interference.

However, a Private Membership Association protects our freedom of choice and association as stated in the 1st, 5th and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.

You will be asked to review and sign a Membership Agreement. Membership dues are a legal requirement to join a Private Membership Association.

The Association does not bill insurance for services rendered. It also does not provide reports, treatment plans or diagnostic coding for the purposes of insurance reimbursement.

Our Private Membership Association gives us the constitutional right to gather in private, and practice and receive the type of health care that we choose.
